The pricing structure for the Home Service Plan is as follows:

- $199 per year or $19.99 a month and get the 12th month free
- $99 per year or $9.00 a month for each additional air conditioning & heating system

- Clean and calibrate thermostat
- Take indoor wet bulb temperature
- Ensure air handler balance rotation, check bearings & lubrication
